Display remains empty when switched on |
Battery may be exhausted |

Check the condition of the batteries or try new batteries |

When you are sure the battery is OK and the terminals do touch the battery in a proper way follow returning instructions |

The clock makes a rattling noise when shaken |
The batteries may have too much room in their compartment |
|
Put a strip of paper in the battery compartment |
|
|
The buzzer is not well attached to the housing |
|
|
Open the clock with the 6 screws on the bottom and try to glue the buzzer on the housing. See Note 1) |
|
|
One segment of the display stays blank |

The lever has a distinct preference for one side to fall back on |

The lever will not stay on either side |
